2. The service
Orbit offers AI readings, your Life Portrait, This Year, Your Match, a community, articles, cloud sync, subscriptions, and points, to help you sort through questions, understand your situation, and think about your next step.
3. For reflection only
- I Ching readings and AI interpretations are reflective and interpretive. They do not guarantee any outcome.
- AI content is not legal, medical, mental health, investment, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
- You are responsible for your own decisions. For important matters, please consult a qualified professional.
4. Accounts and security
- Keep your sign-in methods and devices secure.
- To protect accounts or prevent abuse, we may limit or revoke sign-in on certain devices.
- Do not hack or disrupt the service, fake payments, bypass limits or point charges, reverse engineer paid features, use automation at scale, or use the service in ways that harm other users or Orbit.
5. Community guidelines
- Be respectful. Do not post illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent, infringing, fraudulent, or promotional content, and do not share other people's personal information.
- You can report content and block users. We review reports and may remove content or restrict or disable accounts that break these rules.
- You keep the rights to what you post, and you allow us to store, display, and transmit it to provide the service.
6. Life Portrait
Your Life Portrait is generated by AI from your information, one per account. You may use and share your own Life Portrait for personal purposes.
7. Subscriptions, points, and fair use
- Subscriptions and points are paid through the Apple App Store. Prices, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow App Store rules.
- A point is used only after the AI answer is generated successfully.
- All plans are subject to our fair use policy. We may adjust usage to keep the service reliable, or limit clearly abnormal or abusive use.

8. Education plan
- The Education plan is only for verified students and educators. Eligibility lasts 365 days from approval.
- We may revoke eligibility if it was obtained with false information.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app at any time. See the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion pages for how data is handled.
10. Changes and termination
- We may change features, plans, prices, usage, or these terms for operational, platform, or legal reasons. Significant changes will be announced in the app or on this site.
- We may limit, suspend, or end access for accounts that break these terms, abuse the service, or create security, payment, or legal risks.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Orbit is provided as is. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI content.
