1. Store billing
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device and platform. Prices, taxes, billing currency, renewal period, cancellation, and refund handling are controlled by the store and shown before purchase confirmation. Orbit does not store your full payment card number.
2. Credit points
Credit points are consumable in-app products. One point can be used for one AI inquiry. A point is spent only after an AI answer is successfully generated. If an AI answer fails to generate, the failed request should not spend a point. Credit points are tied to the account and may be restored or adjusted according to backend verification records and platform transaction records.
3. Subscriptions
Orbit offers monthly subscription plans such as Orbit Education, Orbit Plus, and Orbit Pro. Actual availability, price, and benefits are shown in the app and store checkout flow. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the renewal time required by the platform. Plan upgrades, downgrades, crossgrades, billing proration, and renewal timing are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play subscription systems.
4. Education eligibility
Orbit Education requires education eligibility verification. Approved eligibility is valid for 365 days from approval. If eligibility expires, is rejected, is revoked, or is not approved, you may be unable to purchase or continue education pricing after the current paid subscription period ends.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or deleting an Orbit account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies.
6. Restore purchases
If your purchase or subscription does not appear correctly, use the in-app restore purchase function or contact support with your account information, platform, approximate purchase time, and product involved.
